In 2009, Pamela graduated with honours from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in Fredericton, NB, where she also earned a Certificate of Achievement in Sports Massage Therapy.

Since then, she has continued to advance her professional development through workshops in meditation, mindfulness, cupping, kinetic sports taping, gua sha, concussion fundamentals, and stress management. Her current areas of interest include scientific research on longevity and aging, as well as, neuroplasticity.

Her treatments are often tailored around active/passive assisted stretching, myofascial releasing, manual traction, controlled movements with flow and providing a safe and supportive space for clients to release physical and emotional tension stored in their bodies.
